The Guard Your ID Defender Roller is a disposable unit and not refillable.
This is because the Defender Roller uses a specialized, pre-filled ink system that is tightly sealed inside the unit during manufacturing. The sealed design ensures consistent, high-quality performance on a wide variety of surfaces, including glossy and coated papers where many other privacy products fail. To maintain that performance and prevent leaks or ink drying issues, the Defender Roller cannot be refilled once the ink is used up.
When the ink is exhausted, you simply recycle or dispose of the roller and replace it with a new one.
