Thank you for reaching out! The Advanced Roller series — IS-530CM, IS-540CM, and IS-580CM (3-in-1 Advanced Roller) — are not refillable.
Most Guard Your ID rollers and stamps are refillable, with the only exceptions being the Advanced Rollers. These models are engineered with a specially designed ink that works on most glossy surfaces—something many other rollers can’t do.
To ensure consistent, high-quality performance, this ink must be filled and sealed during manufacturing. Because the unit is tightly sealed, it cannot be refilled once the ink is exhausted. At that point, you simply recycle or dispose of the used roller and purchase another.
Even though they aren’t refillable, the Advanced Rollers are our best-selling Guard Your ID products, valued for their versatility, ease of use, and ability to work on a wider range of surfaces.
For customers who prefer refillable options, here are the models that can be refilled with their dedicated cartridges:
