How many times should I roll over the text?
The power of Guard Your ID is in its patented pattern. Over 100 patterns were tested when developing Guard Your ID; however, it was finally concluded that the best way to hide letters was to use letters. Ten specific letters were selected, and they were turned, angled, and positioned just right until it was determined that the pattern could successfully mask any string of characters, in any font. It is recommended not to make multiple passes over the same information, as this tends to saturate the paper and lift the covered ink, making it visible. A single roll with even pressure is best, and if the information is still visible after the ink has dried, follow with a second roll.
